I still tear up when I see a bride walking down the aisle toward her anxious and excited groom. I still laugh when I hear those hilarious speeches and toasts. I still smile when I see the flower girl twirling around in her pretty little dress. Even after all these years, I still LOVE photographing memories!!!

Every wedding is different, every bride has her own vision for her wedding day, and I'm so passionate about focusing my attention on each wedding as a unique and individual experience. Though I hate turning Brides away, I only shoot 1 Wedding/Event per weekend to make sure I'm 100% focused on you and your day!

I look forward to meeting you and discussing your wedding day vision in more detail. Though I'm just a photographer, I was a bride myself not that awful long ago, so I understand what goes into the planning process. If I can be of any help, please don't hesitate to ask.

"Melissa and her husband Josh were our photographers for our 10/9/10 wedding. From the first time we met Melissa, we knew that our wedding photos were in great hands! Melissa is very talented, professional, flexible and understanding. She takes the time to get to know the couple she is working with in order to ensure that the photos will be the best for them. Melissa is open to any fun ideas and comes up with some of her own! She rode in the limo with the wedding party and got some of our favorite photos during that time. She even got DOWN on the dance floor in order to get some great shots looking up at the wedding party dancing. She is so creative and has a fabulous personality. Her prices are fair and her work is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!"

"Melissa did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We love her! She was easy to work with she was very flexible understand and friendly. She is also amazing with children and captures the most beautiful shots even with an uncooperative child. Some of mt favorite pictures of my child are when she wasnt being cooperative. Melissa and josh are both incredible talented i have the most amazing wedding pictures and i promise you will not be disappointed if you choose inspired images!!!!"

"Melissa was by far the best decision we made while planning our wedding and choosing vendors. She was friendly, professional, and easy to do business with throughout the entire process. She was able to capture so many moments without ever being intrusive. The DVD of photos put to music still makes me cry every time I watch it. I have since contacted her for a canvas print which I gave my husband for our first anniversary. It turned out beautiful! Melissa is truly an artist - we will definitely be contacting her for family photo sessions in the future!"

"Melissa is not only a wonderful photographer, but by the end of the process she becomes a great friend. I originally had a photographer for my wedding that feel through and it was a horrible experience…but boy am I glad it happened so I could then find Melissa to be our photographer! She is very professional and was very flexible working with us, a couple which live not only 4 hours away but in a complete different state. Her photos are amazing! Her eye for capturing the little things that most people would miss is awesome too! All the pictures we she took from our wedding came out better than expected that there are too many to choose from! Also, with having the copy right release to all the photos there is an endless possibility on how maximize the usage of her great work. Although my husband and I live so far away, anytime we need any photography done we are definitely taking the drive to Upstate NY to work with Melissa. "
